rooms were a good size. the room was very clean. the staff were friendly. breakfast had good food options. i could not watch afl on the tv. the channel was removed. it reminded me of a weird decision. i still enjoyed my time at the hotel though.

i found the location convenient as the tram stop was just outside the hotel allowing easy access to various parts of the city i used the skybus service nearby for seamless airport transfers the staff were friendly and always available to assist. the hotel played music that set a good mood.

the room lacked a telephone so i had to go to the reception for some requests
